Currently, Chris is the Finance Manager at Columbia College, a private career college in Calgary. He leads the accounting team and oversees all things accounting and finance for the college.

Bushra Ikram, CPA, MBA, is the Manager, Finance at the Real Estate Council of Alberta, where she oversees financial operations, reporting, and process improvements. She brings a diverse accounting background with experience in not-for-profit organizations, public accounting, and the insurance sector. Bushra played a key role as the client lead during the implementation of Sage Intacct, working closely with consultants to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities. She offers a practical, client-side perspective on what makes financial system implementations successful.
