Everyone has horror stories about sales people. We have all had to endure the constant pressure to buy something. I feel that this whole process is completely wrong. This process should be all about the customer and solving your problems. If we first help you succeed we will then succeed. The sales process must be based on a customer value-added approach. The value of the product or service to the customer must be greater than the price paid. We together must first try to learn exactly what your issues and problems are and value to you, then we try to find a solution to your problems. If we can’t solve your problems at your value then we should walk away. If we don’t both win from the solution, then someone loses and that is not acceptable. |
