Post Implementation Support

At Asyma Systems, we understand that every organization is unique in their own way having needs that are different than the rest. This is why we have developed four core service levels that allow our clients to get the exact level they require.

Sign-up for a Gold, Silver or Bronze support contract and we will enroll your campany with Sage Priority Support at no additional cost to you. This package includes; Unlimited Access to Sage Level 1 and Level 2 support; Unlimited access to Anytime Online Training; Free monthly live Tech Tuesday Webcast training courses; Payroll tax table updates; and 25% off Sage Realtime training courses.

Service levels include:

Gold – The contract with it all.

Silver – The most popular contract Asyma supports issue and dollar wise. The yearly contract includes five priority calls to Asyma Custom Support, Guaranteed 4 hour response on less urgent issues and much more ....

Bronze – Clients that require minimal support find great benefit in this level. The yearly contract includes two priority calls to Asyma Custom Support.

Asyma Basic – A new support contract geared to clients that rarely require support. This contract includes two priority calls that may be used at the client's discretion. Signing up for a contract also entitles you to reduced billing rates on work or support not included in the contract. 


 

All Gold, Silver and Bronze contract clients will also receive a free annual business review.

*If a client is not on a support contract, the quickest response will be after 8 hours. Basic and Bronze clients get gauranteed response times in the 0 to 8 hour bracket depending on the priority they request.

Consulting Rates:

All clients on any one of the contracts will receive a reduction on consulting rates. These rates will be used for work that is done outside of a contract, such as Level 2 support for a client on a silver or bronze contract  or Level 1 or 2 support for basic clients not using priority calls or new customized report creation.
