LETHBRIDGE FAMILY SERVICES

"Since the implementation its new business solutions, we have reduced our maintenance costs, provided complete financial reports with budgets to management and had full integration between all of the accounting modules" Lethbridge Family Services

Q: Our nonprofit organization is bound by limited budgets and strict regulations for financial reporting. Could a business system assist us with this and free up resources to have a greater impact on the community we serve?

A: A business system can improve both impact and accountability for your organization. A fully integrated system could be designed to assist you with budget planning, cost control issues and detailed financial reporting.

Background
Lethbridge Family Services (http://www.lethbridge-family-services.com) is a private, non-profit community agency dedicated to providing services to those in need, regardless of economic status. This Agency provides services in Counseling, Homecare, DaCapo service to persons with developmental disabilities, and Immigration. Lethbridge Family Services (LFS) sustains a staff of over 400 people. LFS needed an accounting solution that would support its exponential growth and replace its aging IBM System 36 accounting system.

Solutions
The organization turned to Asyma Systems to design a software solution to help manage its growth, financial commitments and reporting responsibilities. This solution included the integration of Sage ACCPAC software to provide flexible specialized reporting, full payroll processing and complete payable and receivable controls.

Products Used
Sage ACCPAC ERP 200

Results
Since the implementation of the Accpac software LFS has reduced its maintenance costs, provided complete financial reports with budgets to management and had full integration between all of the accounting modules. Asyma Systems will continue its relationship with LFS as it expands to full integration of its customized MIS systems with Accpac software.
