Support Contracts
As part of our continuing commitment to provide the superior cost effective services to our clients, we offer annual support contracts. These support contracts will assist you with the operation of our computerized accounting and management information system by allowing you unlimited access to telephone support and remote support at a set monthly fee. As will allow you to access consultants when you need them and easily budget your cost to maintain an effective accounting system. Further, all clients having support contracts will have reduced fees on additional consulting requirements.
Ongoing Support
At Asyma Systems, our commitment to our clients is that we will be around for a long time to help you support your management and or accounting systems. We offer support contracts or Ad Hoc support as you require solutions.
Remote Support
Remote telephone or Web support is designed to ensure the continued successful operation of your system after it is installed and the training process is completed. By remotely accessing your system, diagnosing the problem and resolving it, you obtain a very efficient and effective means of problem solving for a minimum cost.
Refresher Training
On occasion, new staff may need to be trained on the existing system. In addition, new upgrades and enhancements may require some additional training to be done. We can help by providing the right amount of training as required.
Software Upgrades and Enhancements
Asyma Systems maintains excellent professional relationships with each of our accounting software developers. One of the direct benefits of this is that we are immediately aware of the latest versions of all programs. In addition, we are alerted to any “bugs� and compatibility problems, which may exist between the programs, the hardware and the network systems. We keep all of our clients informed and provide assistance to maintain upgrades. Our commitment to your success goes way beyond the completion of your project. |
